We take great care in working closely with you to draft the project plan. Where necessary (almost always) we like to build mock-ups or prototypes so that you can ‘see’ the destination before we start the journey together. Sometimes this means we don’t get started as quickly. But at least when we sign-off on the specification we know we are headed in the same direction.
Once into the work, we are committed to remaining flexible and to keeping you abreast of progress honestly at all times.
Experience IT really believes in its ability to get the job done. That’s why we favour Fixed Price contracts with clients.
We deserve your work and our fees if we deliver results. If we don’t - and we don’t have a very good excuse - then why should you pay more?
Now there are obvious cases where delays may be encountered through no fault of ours or where unforeseen obstacles or problems cause things to take longer than expected. But in both cases we need to let you know as soon as possible and we need to come to a fair arrangement which addresses the circumstances.
