We are currently recruiting for a Graphic Designer and two positions for Guru Deverlopers.

You aren’t going to find us looking to ‘do the impossible’. We prefer to align customer expectations within the realm of possible but doable. And we then rely on our smart team to pull out the stops to make sure it gets done. Ultimately this formula makes sense both for us and our clients and creates a happier and more effective working environment.
We may be ambitious and hard working but we don’t believe in punching in crazy hours for weeks on end. Those situations recur when zealous sales people are let loose to estimate a job or an overly ambitious PM gets excited with M$ Project. Those things don’t happen in Experience IT. Our ethos is to work hard but work smart. We aren’t too interested in hand-holding fledglings but you will find the team super-supportive if you are looking for a dig-out. There may be times when the bit extra is demanded but in the main, we look to get the work done in normal time.
